By accessing and using Akovox ("we," "our," or "the Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information and for all activities that occur under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use this Platform.

3. Artist Verification & Authenticity

To maintain the highest professional standards and protect our buyers, all artists on Akovox must undergo a manual verification process. This process ensures that:

• You are a real human: We strictly prohibit AI-generated artwork. Any account found uploading AI-generated content will be permanently banned.
• You are the original creator: You must provide proof of your creative process (e.g., portfolios, work-in-progress shots).

4. Artist Revenue & Payouts

Akovox is committed to supporting artists with fair compensation. Our financial terms are straightforward:

• 80% Revenue Share: Artists retain 80% of the final sale price for every digital artwork sold on the platform. The remaining 20% covers Akovox platform fees, payment processing, and hosting.
• Payout Schedule: Earnings accumulate in your Akovox account. You may submit a withdrawal request at the end of each calendar month. Payouts are processed and disbursed within the first 5 business days of the following month.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on Akovox, including images, logos, and text, is protected by intellectual property laws. Users may not use, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without explicit permission. Artists retain full copyright to their original artworks.

5. Limitation of Liability

Akovox is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Platform or any transactions conducted between users.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Your continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
